Module middleware 

Composition of HTTP middleware pipelines.

This module is deliberately free of any manifest, lockfile, trigger or executor types: it operates purely on component bytes plus the capability configuration each middleware is allowed to inherit, so that any embedding can reuse it regardless of how it discovers and loads middleware.
